Field Application Specialist (Customer Success & Clinical Success)Company: MedHub-AILocation: Japan (Travel-based role)About the RoleWe are looking for a highly motivated Field Application Specialist to drive adoption and usage of AutocathFFR, our cutting-edge AI-based coronary physiology platform.This role is central to customer success and requires strong presence in the field, constant relationship-building, and hands-on support in cath labs across Japan.Key ResponsibilitiesLead on-site training and onboarding for new users, ensuring high confidence and skill in using AutocathFFRDrive usage rate growth at existing hospitals through proactive follow-up, retraining, and customer guidanceServe as the primary contact for physicians, technicians, and clinical staff in cath labs across JapanProvide real-time technical and clinical support during cases (remote and on-site)Build long-term trusted relationships with key users and KOLsRepresent MedHub-AI at medical congresses and support booth operations, product demos, and hands-on trainingCollect feedback and relay insights to product and R&D teamsSupport product validation, usability testing, and upgrade rolloutsAssist in resolving support tickets and ensuring high customer satisfactionQualificationsExperience in cath lab / interventional cardiology strongly preferred (bonus)Previous experience in customer success, field applications, or clinical support roles (medical device background ideal)Technical orientation, ability to troubleshoot software and system behaviorExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsStrong customer ownership mindset: proactive, supportive, and solution-drivenAble to operate independently, manage schedules, and work in clinical environmentsFluent Japanese (native) and good English for internal communicationWillingness to travel extensively, including occasional overnight staysBackground in biology, biomed, medicine, nursing, engineering, or similar field is preferredBonus Experience Experience presenting or supporting a company booth at conferences Hands-on experience inside cath labs Familiarity with cardiology, imaging systems, or AI-based medical softwareThis role is perfect for you if…You love being in the field and working directly with doctors & cath lab teamsYou are passionate about AI, cutting-edge medical technologies, and improving patient careYou are energized by travel, troubleshooting, and building real relationshipsYou take ownership and measure success by usage rate, adoption, and customer happiness
