CCL Global is seeking for a Filed Engineer to be based in Al Khobar for a full time role.Role description The Field Engineer 1 is responsible for: Participating in operations on wellsite and contributing to the operations in a mentoring role in accordance with companies' standard instructions, on location, land or offshore Handling and maintaining equipment in the field and provide onsite labor whenever needed Installing equipment and dismantling equipment (rigging up and rigging down) Participating in planning of operations and assisting with estimating job requirements Conducting training for FE2s, FE3s and FETs whenever relevant Conducting performance evaluations of FE2s, FE3s and FETs whenever relevant Leading on-site maintenance wherever relevant Acquiring operational experience, knowledge and competencies required for advancement to Senior Field Engineer (SFE) Completing relevant paperwork associated with a job on a timely basis Reporting near misses, accidents, incidents and mechanical failures to authorities (QHSE and/or SDM) Scheduling and leading safety reviews Performing post-job meetings with clients when needed. Communicate effectively with client and rig personal at wellsite Recommend measures to improve methods, performance and/or quality Acting as an ambassador for the organization and client, costumers and externals Complying with companies Safety and Quality Policy and standards. Educational Qualification: Level of degree: Vocational Degree, University Degree, associate degree or alike Type of degree: Engineering, Geological discipline, Mechanics, Electronics or alike Language requirements: English Training requirements Training required for the job: Oil and Gas Industry Basics WCS FE Basic course, QHSE training, External Local Training whenever relevant Completion Equipment and Tools Experience needed for the role Exposure to Well Design and Planning, Reservoir Engineering and complex Well Completion Operations. Demonstrating knowledge and skills relating to ensuring compliance with companies' policies (management system) Two stage cementing application
