Field Engineer

Job Responsibilities:Conduct pre-installation site inspections, assist with equipment unloading, and complete the installation of new machinery at customer sites.Instruct customers on basic machine operation, safety protocols, and metal application techniques.Support customers by providing operational training and hands-on practice for the effective use of equipment.Respond to service calls, promptly diagnosing and resolving technical issues.Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure equipment reliability and performance.Assist in the promotion and sales of service products and spare parts to help achieve service revenue targets.Participate in exhibitions; responsible for the installation, commissioning, and operation of demonstration equipment during trade shows.Assist with the installation and commissioning of demonstration machines in the customer experience center.Job Requirements:A minimum of 2 years of experience in maintenance, installation, or service, preferably within the laser cutting machine industry or a related field.Flexibility in working hours to accommodate customer requirements.Strong problem-solving skills and a strong desire to learn technical skills on the job.Must possess legal authorization to work, such as a German work visa or permanent residence permit.Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin) is mandatory.
