This role requires daily fieldwork and consistent physical presence in assigned marketing locations.2. The Field Marketer promotes the school’s brand through direct outreach, community engagement, and marketing campaigns to drive student enrollment.3. Proactive engagement with communities, businesses, and families to promote the school’s academic offerings and value proposition.4. The role combines fieldwork, relationship-building, and data-driven performance tracking to achieve measurable enrollment growth.Qualifications and Requirements1. Bachelor’s degree or minimum of OND/HND in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or a related field.2. Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in field marketing, sales, or brand promotion (experience in the education sector is an advantage).3. Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.4. Excellent organizational and reporting skills.5. High level of energy, confidence, and integrity.6. Professionalism, discretion, and a collaborative mindset.7. Fluency in social media trends and content creation.8.
