Field Marketing Lead FinTech – SaaS Toronto, Remote/HybridScalersHQ are working in partnership with a well-known FinTech company specialising in payments and together we are looking for a Field Marketing Lead who as a strong background in events. The ideal candidate will define, build and execute our partners global events strategy, focused on driving and accelerating pipeline and deepening partnerships across our partners go-to-market motion. The Field Marketing Lead will own the planning, execution, and measurement of highly targeted field events and selected industry conferences, each designed to create, influence and accelerate deals while strengthening a presence in key markets. This position is highly cross-functional, hands-on role that blends strategic thinking with executional excellence, ideal for someone who loves bringing ideas to life through live experiences that move the revenue needle. Responsibilities Event Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute a global events plan aligned to pipeline goals, sales priorities and regional go-to-market campaigns and strategies. Campaign Integration: Partner with the Revenue Marketing campaigns team to ensure events are fuly integrated into broader campaign and demand programs, maximising their commercial impact. Event Execution: Lead end-to-end event planning from proposal, briefing, budget and logistics to pre- and post-event nurture, promotion and impact measurement. Process & Operations: Establish scalable processes for event planning, execution, and reporting, ensuring clarity, accountability, and repeatability across the function. Sales Alignment: Work closely with Sales and Partnerships to identify the events, audiences, geos and formats that wi l drive qualified conversations and deals. Senior Stakeholder Management: Enable senior leaders and execs on strategic events and speaking opportunities. Measurement & Optimisation: Define success metrics, track event ROI and pipeline contribution and continuously refine our event approach based on data and feedback. We'd love to hear from you 5+ years of B2B events or field marketing experience in the tech industry (SaaS preferred). Proven experience designing and executing events that drive measurable pipeline and revenue impact. Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills — especially with Sales and executive teams. A deep understanding of event strategy, planning and logistics management. Strong project management and a process orientation, with a track record of running events efficiently and at scale. A proactive, commercialy minded approach, always thinking about how events contribute to GTM success.
