Field Marketing Manager (12–14-month FTC Maternity Cover)Our client is a leading global company offering an innovative and collaborative work culture within a hybrid work environment, requiring a minimum of 2 days per week in their Headquarters in Dublin City Centre, with Wednesday as an anchor day.About Your New Job:Deliver marketing plans for EMEA Growth Regions: Benelux, MENA, and Nordics.Manage and execute external events (predominantly in person) and programs partnering with agencies.Partner with sales leadership to align marketing priorities with business objectives.Execute marketing strategies, including target account marketing, sales enablement, and event management.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximize marketing program success.What Skills You Need:10+ years of B2B marketing experience, including strategic customer marketing and/or account-based marketing.5+ years in Field Marketing or other B2B marketing functions.Proven success in Event Management in person and virtual. Strong stakeholder management and partnership skills.Proven ability to engage and nurture customers.Experience executing high-performing, creative marketing campaigns across EMEA regions.Setting objectives, KPIs and tracking ROI.
