Field Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities:1. Ant International Major Event Management: Serve as the primary liaison for A&I's flagship overseas events. Lead stakeholder alignment, oversee all event collateral and logistics, manage internal and external participant invitations, and execute social media strategies to maximize engagement and ROI.2. Regional Marketing Campaigns: Drive and support key field marketing programs:-Key Partners Events: Coordinate with overseas teams on event execution and social promotion on LinkedIn/Instagram/YouTube.-Top-tier Customer Acquisition: Pilot and launch loyalty programs in regions like the UK, Europe, and Southeast Asia.-Emerging Markets: Activate field marketing efforts in emerging overseas markets, working with local partners on event execution.3. Marketing Standardization & Production: Elevate brand consistency by managing the global production and distribution of marketing collateral and gifts. Develop standardized SOPs, data dashboards to track the performance, and provide expert support on booth and material design for regional teams.Qualifications：1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.2. 3-5 years in field/event marketing, preferably in Fintech or B2B financial services.3. Proven experience managing large-scale international events and campaigns in international markets.4. Strong skills in stakeholder management, vendor coordination, and logistics.5. Data-driven with expertise in measuring campaign performance.6. Excellent command of English; additional languages (e.g., Mandarin, Spanish) a plus.7. Proactive, responsible, and a strong team player.
