Bezpoke Interior Limited is looking for Field Marketing SpecialistJob Description / ResponsibilityBezpoke is a premium lifestyle brand specializing in imported Italian and Chinese flooring, luxury bathroom fittings, modular kitchens, wardrobes, lighting, high-end furniture, and custom design services. As we scale our operations and shift to a new corporate location, we are looking for a visionary leader to drive our marketing and sales efforts.Role Overview: As a Field Marketing Specialist at Bezpoke, you’ll be the direct link between our brand and potential customers. Your role involves actively promoting Bezpoke’s products and services through door-to-door campaigns, business collaborations, and local networking. You’ll be responsible for lead generation, brand awareness, and relationship building in the field.Responsibilities:Conduct door-to-door marketing in premium residential neighborhoods, architects’ offices, and commercial sites.Identify and gather data on potential leads and decision-makers.Distribute marketing materials (flyers, brochures, QR cards) and explain core offerings.Collaborate with interior designers, builders, and real estate agents for referral leads.Track outreach activity and regularly update CRM or reports for the sales team.Participate in on-ground marketing events, exhibitions, and showroom activations.Educational RequirementsBachelor of Business Administration (BBA)Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg)Skills Required: Marketing, Sales target, Customer ServiceExperience Requirements3 to 5 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Architecture Firm,Real Estate,Automobile,Furniture,Interior DesignAdditional Requirements3–5 years of experience in direct/field marketing, preferably in real estate, interiors, or luxury retail.Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.Fluent in local languages and English.Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently in the field.Two-wheeler and valid license preferred (for mobility)Job LocationDhaka (Baridhara)
