It's a place where you can be yourself, influence the culture, and create work that you're proud of.About the roleThe Field Operations team at DICE ensures that the market-leading standards DICE sets in product design are replicated in the dynamic, real-world environment of live events.Working closely with the Account Managers and Client Success teams, the Field Operations team will liaise with our venues, promoters and brand partners to ensure that DICE users at shows, club nights and festivals have the very best on-the-day experience.You will beAs a Field Operations Agent at DICE, you'll be the face of our technology on-site, ensuring that both fans and partners enjoy the best possible experience at our events:Championing the DICE experience: You'll support partners and fans directly at events, providing training on DICE tools, apps, and procedures, and delivering first-class support on tickets or technical queries. Shaping access strategies: In collaboration with our Account Managers, you'll help design and deliver access strategies at partner venues and festivals, making sure everything runs smoothly from start to finish. Driving tech excellence: You'll be hands-on with our devices, updating, testing, and setting them up, as well as managing and distributing hardware. Working with the Field Operations Manager, you'll also help coordinate box office planning and on-site operations.Supporting our Reps: Alongside the FO Manager, you'll provide training, nurture strong relationships with our Reps, coordinate their shifts, and ensure the right people are in place to meet each event's needs. Bringing insights back to the team: You'll keep on top of the latest DICE technology, handle some admin tasks, and share valuable feedback collected from events to help us continuously improve. Balancing field and office work: Your time will be split between office hours and on-site support, depending on the market and events you're covering. We'll work together to ensure your workload remains balanced at 40 hours per week. You arePassionate, humble and resilient. A fan of music and culture.Experienced in the live music and events world, with a good grasp of event information management. Confident in navigating Android, iOS, Windows, and web-based tools, and comfortable using technology to solve challenges. Highly organised, with strong time-management and prioritisation skills. Calm and rational under pressure, able to think on your feet when unexpected issues arise. A clear communicator with great attention to detail, ensuring everyone has the right information at the right time. Proactive and hands-on, always ready to tackle problems and drive results.Adaptable to the dynamic schedules and working hours that come with live events. You'll need3+ years' experience in event management, ideally with exposure to access control, box office solutions, or first-tier technical support. Demonstrable experience coordinating onsite operations, including access control systems and box office technologies. Practical experience with wired and wireless networking tools. A solid understanding of Android, iOS, Windows, and web-based environments. Flexibility to travel frequently in line with event requirements. Familiarity with entertainment industry standards and the ability to apply best practices in live settings. A genuine enthusiasm for troubleshooting and continuous improvement.
