If you want to learn the real dynamics of operations, be at the heart of the action, and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport daily field operations and ensure smooth functioning across locationsAssist with facility checks, including technical, cleaning, safety and front-of-house processesMonitor the condition of equipment, inventory, and overall site readinessFollow up on maintenance, repair, and improvement requestsOpen, track, and update tasks on the internal ticketing systemAssist the team with documentation, reporting, meeting notes and operational trackingContribute to enhancing the member experience through operational excellenceTake part in new location preparations, opening processes and on-site operational tasksQualifications3rd or 4th year university studentAvailable at least 3 days per weekStrong interest in operations, facility management, hospitality or customer experienceEnjoys being on the field and working in dynamic environmentsStrong communication and teamwork skillsDetail-oriented with solid follow-up and reporting abilitiesComfortable using MS Office or Google Workspace toolsEager to learn, proactive, energetic and solution-orientedWhat We OfferA chance to contribute to the strategic growth of a leading coworking brand.Learning and development opportunities within real estate and project management.Dynamic and supportive team culture.Apply NowReady to be a part of our expansion story?
