We play the long game in our decision-making and execution.About The RoleThe Pro Loader Program Manager is responsible for ensuring the quality, professionalism, and growth of LoadUp’s national network of field contractors (“Loaders”). This role leads theoperational expansion of LoadUp’s Pro Loader Program, ensuring that the LoadUp brand is represented by the most skilled and compliant professionals in the industry.Through a combination of field engagement, data-driven performance management, andstrategic program rollout, this role will play a pivotal part in scaling LoadUp’s field operations and national brand presenceWhat You’ll Do1. Program Growth & ExpansionLead nationwide rollout of the Pro Loader Program, including two core participationpaths:○ Pro Loader Vehicle Wrap Path: Enroll qualified Loaders who meet Pro criteria andmanage full vehicle wraps to represent the LoadUp brand.○ Pro Loader Trailer Lease Path: Oversee the leasing of branded dump trailersunder LoadUp’s lease-to-own program, ensuring compliance, proper branding,and Loader onboarding.Coordinate with trailer manufacturers, distributors, and wrap vendors to execute thePro Loader Trailer Lease Program logistics nationwide.Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Compliance, and Finance to optimizeexpansion strategy and maintain consistency in Pro Loader standards. Loader Quality & Relationship ManagementMaintain high field performance standards in key metro cities by ensuring all ProLoaders consistently achieve high, professional level standards in their service areaConduct periodic site visits across key U.S. markets to meet Loaders in person, providequality coaching, and strengthen field relationships.Work directly with Loaders to resolve operational issues, promote best practices, andidentify opportunities for process improvement. National Brand & Field Marketing CoordinationManage field-level brand marketing initiatives through Loaders, including seasonalsignage campaigns during slower winter months.Identify high-visibility locations for LoadUp signage placement in strategic metro areas.Coordinate Pro Loader engagement in local marketing efforts (QR code promotions,trailer placement, and community involvement). Data, Reporting, and ComplianceMonitor performance analytics to evaluate Loader success and program ROI (payouts,completion rate, brand coverage).Collaborate with the Compliance team to ensure all Pro Loaders meet insurance,licensing, and background check requirements.Prepare reports and executive summaries on program adoption, brand reach, andoperational performance for leadership review.What You Bring3+ years of experience in field operations, contractor management, or logistics programmanagement.Proven success in scaling operational programs across multiple markets.Strong relationship management and communication skills — both in-field andcross-departmentally.Ability to travel up to 50% nationally to support expansion efforts.Knowledge of equipment leasing, fleet branding, or franchise operations is a plus.Key Metrics for SuccessNumber of Loaders enrolled and retained in the Pro Loader Program.Successful onboarding and utilization of leased trailers (target: 100+ in year one).Measurable increase in national brand visibility (trailer wraps, signage, Pro Loadercoverage).Sustained Loader quality performance: >96% completion, >4.9 feedback.ROI achievement from Pro Loader Trailer Lease Program (~250% over 3 years).Why This Role Matters The Pro Loader Program Manager is at the heart of LoadUp’s growth strategy — connectingbrand visibility, operational excellence, and contractor loyalty.
