Field Operations Specialist

We are hiring a Field Operations Specialist for a leading company located in MaadiRole Purpose: Responsible for supervising and ensuring the smooth execution of daily field operations, maintaining service quality, and supporting the achievement of company KPIs.ResponsibilitiesSupervise and coordinate daily field operations across assigned sites/regions.Ensure compliance with operational procedures, safety standards, and company policies.Monitor equipment and assets deployed in the field, ensuring proper usage and timely maintenance.Provide support in troubleshooting and solving on-site operational issues.Coordinate with internal teams (maintenance, logistics, customer service) to resolve field challenges.Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on field performance, incidents, and KPI achievements.Conduct training sessions and provide continuous guidance to field staff.Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining service quality and timely response to field requirements.Support project rollouts, site inspections, audits, and compliance reviews.Optimize resources and field schedules to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.4–7 years of relevant experience in field operations or a similar roleVery good in EnglishProficiency with Microsoft OfficeStrong knowledge of field operations processes and best practicesAbility to lead and coordinate field teams effectivelyProblem-solving and decision-making skillsPlanning, organizing, and time managementOwnership, accountability, and commitmentCustomer-focused mindsetCrisis management and adaptabilityData analysis and reporting skillsStrong communication and negotiation skillsProficiency in MS Office and field-related systemsLeadership and teamwork
