Field Ops (Partner Acquisition)

We’re Hiring – Partner Acquisition Responsibilities:Acquire and onboard new driver partners to maintain sufficient supply.Manage driver activation and ensure readiness for operations.Handle sales and distribution of official driver attributes (helmet, jacket, etc.).Build and maintain strong relationships with driver partners.Monitor city performance and support initiatives to improve supply reliability.Support marketing and community engagement activities.Requirements:Strong communication and people management skills.Experience in sales or digital marketing is preferred.Able to work under pressure and achieve targets.Detail-oriented with basic administrative and reporting skills.Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any major.Willing to work on-site and engage directly with partners.
