Our client is a leading multinational company operating in the automation sector for the Retail, Banking and Distribution markets and, in order to implement its Service & Support staff, has tasked us with seeking a Field & Remote Support Technician.Posizione:The selected candidate, reporting to the Technical & Service Director, within the scope of competence and assigned territories, will be responsible for the following activities:Install, maintenance, repair, and overhaul of all Sesami equipment;Second-level remote support;Performance of contractually required testing;Commissioning, testing, and on-site surveys;Organization of interventions within your area ofexpertise;Fault analysis and definition or implementation of corrective measures;Preparation of activity reports for the Service Manager.Requisiti:Technical knowledge in electronics/IT or willingness to acquire the necessary skills;Previous experience as an automated cash management systems technician is preferred;Retail/banking experience preferred;Ability to work independently and in a structured manner;Strong commitment and dedication to work;Valid driving license for Class B vehicles;Availability to travel;Availability to work overtime upon request;Basic knowledge of MS Office/Windows operating system / Database;Basic spoken and written English.Altre informazioni:Stimulating work environment in a dynamic, dedicated team;Opportunity for ongoing professional development;A car for work use (van), as well as a smartphone, fuel card, Telepass, Viacard, and electronic ticket are provided;Professional growth path.Area: Lazio, Castelli Romani area
