A global innovator in analog and mixed-signal semiconductors is seeking a dynamic Field Sales Engineer/Account Manager to drive growth across Switzerland’s high-tech landscape.Your missionOwn and expand customer relationships across automotive, industrial, and consumer sectorsDrive design-in success and revenue growth through strategic engagement and technical insightIdentify high-potential accounts and unlock new business opportunitiesCollaborate with internal product teams to shape go-to-market strategies and influence product directionBe the trusted advisor to engineering and management teams at key accountsWhat You BringProven success in electronic component sales (4+ years), with strong customer knowledge in SwitzerlandTechnical degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent experienceStrong grasp of embedded power solutions and system-level applicationsExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsFluent in English and German is a must.
