Field Sales Executive (Anadolu & Karadeniz)Join our dynamic sales team at Easy Mix, a fast-growing companyJob DescriptionAchieve monthly volume and revenue objectives in line with business goalsLead and guide the distributor sales team to drive increased product penetration across assigned channelsMonitor customer account statements strictly and make sure payments are made regularly in accordance with the agreed terms.Support the growth and performance of existing business partners to meet regional sales targetsConduct regular visits to customers within the designated region/channel to ensure high service qualityDrive sales and customer satisfaction through proactive pre- and post-sales engagementBuild and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers based on trust and consistent performanceIdentify in-market execution opportunities and influence customers to implement relevant initiativesElevate execution standards by improving visibilityEnsure effective sales, execution, and customer management across the region by managing distributors and their sales developersOversee cooler placement, performance, and compliance to maximize asset efficiencyGeneral QualificationsUniversity degree (Business Administration, Economics is preferred)At least 3 years of experience in FMCG (Food&Beverage) sector with Horeca Channel management.Residing in AnkaraStrong command of English, both spoken and writtenGood command of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)Must be open to travel and hold a valid Class B driver's license.Motivated team player willing to help others for elevating overall team performanceSolid understanding of key sales functions, including Customer & Commercial Strategy Development, customer relations, and field operations.Strong presentation and communication skills,High self motivation, self dicipline and responsibilityHaving career goalsMale candidates must have completed or officially deferred military service.
