We’re looking for a Field Sales Lead to join our dynamic logistics team; a professional with a strategic sales vision, strong expertise in integrated logistics solutions, and a passion for driving business growth.If you’re an experienced sales expert who thrives on building strong client relationships, identifying cross-selling opportunities, and driving business growth, we’d love to meet you!In This Role, You Will:Offering the company’s road, air, sea, customs clearance, and warehousing services to clients as integrated packages, identifying cross-selling opportunities, and increasing overall sales performance,Expanding the business volume of existing customers within the assigned region,Achieving the regional sales budget and targets through continuous acquisition of new customers,Conducting market and price research to determine the most suitable service options,Managing quotation, proposal, and pricing processes,Leading and coordinating annual proposal and tender processes,Representing the company at corporate events, trade fairs, and workshops,Monitoring market, competitor, and customer developments, and reporting customer expectations and needs.What We’re Looking For:Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields,At least 5 years of sales experience in the logistics sector,Proficient in MS Office applications,Strong analytical thinking and operational skills,Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation abilities,Sales-oriented, target-driven, and customer-focused,For male candidates, completion of military service,Holder of a valid B class driver’s license, actively drives, and has no travel restrictions for field sales.Working at DFDSJoin the movement and grow with us.While you’re with us, we want you to develop.
