We are seeking an experienced and passionate Field Sales Manager to join our team. As a Field Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and building relationships with potential and existing customers within an assigned territory. You will be required to meet and exceed sales targets, build strong partnerships, and provide exceptional customer service.ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain relationships with customers by meeting with them regularly to profile their needs and requirements, understand their business and deliver value-adding solutions.Generate new business by prospecting, networking, and cold-calling.Achieve sales targets and report on sales performance regularly.Maintain and expand customer database by ensuring accurate and up-to-date customer information on the company CRM system.Collaborate with internal departments and team members to develop and execute sales strategies that are in alignment with company goals and objectives.Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner.Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to gain insight into the market and expand the company's reach.Prepare and present proposals, presentations, and quotations to potential customers.RequirementsProven experience as a Field Sales Manager or similar role in the staffing industry.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written - we work and communicate in English.Proven ability to achieve sales targets and deliver results consistently.Strong knowledge of sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques.Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.Results-driven with the ability to focus on achieving set objectives and goals.Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies.Willingness to travel frequently and work flexible hours.Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.Our ideal candidate is a competitive and driven individual who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service and achieving sales targets.
