Learn more: www.roxon.comAbout the RoleSales Manager drives revenue growth by identifying and developing new business opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and promoting ROXON’s products and solutions in the field. The focus areas include wear products (ROXDUR), standard components, and belt monitoring equipment.The role plays a key part in executing ROXON’s sales strategy, ensuring customer satisfaction, and representing the company with professionalism and technical expertise.Key Responsibilities:Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory or industry segment, including developing new customers and opening new markets.Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with both new and existing customers.Conduct regular customer visits to understand needs, provide solutions, and ensure satisfaction.Present and demonstrate ROXON’s products and services to prospective clients.Collaborate with internal teams (inside sales, engineering, logistics, manufacturing) to ensure high customer value.Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.Represent ROXON at trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings.Monitor competitor activity and market trends to support sales strategy development.Together with the Order Desk, ensure CRM and ERP systems are updated with relevant customer interactions and sales activities.Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).Minimum 5 years of field sales experience, preferably in industrial, mining, or technical product sectors in international markets.Understanding of mechanical systems, industrial equipment, or material handling solutions is a strong advantage.Strong communication skills in Swedish and English; additional languages (including Finnish) are an advantage.Proven ability to achieve sales targets, manage a pipeline, and close deals effectively.Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory.Valid driver’s license required.Interested?If you're ready for your next challenge, apply now via the link below.
