Then you might be the person we are looking for to join our team!We are seeking a driven Sales Representative for the Central Region, responsible for customers in the Uppsala–Gävle–Falun–Borlänge–Sundsvall area.Job PurposeIn this role, you will be the face of Unilever in the region, developing and managing business relationships that strengthen our brands and drive growth. You will regularly visit customers, build trust-based collaborations, and ensure our products are visible and well-positioned in stores.You will work with some of the world’s most recognized brands in Foods, Home & Personal Care, and Beauty – including Via, Comfort, Dove, Rexona, Hellmann’s, Knorr, and TRESemmé.ResponsibilitiesSecure and expand product distribution in storesEnsure optimal shelf placement and in-store visibilityActively promote and sell campaigns that increase sales and brand awarenessFollow a structured route plan to meet customers efficientlyBuild strong, long-term relationships with buyers and store managersParticipate in company sales conferences to share insights and contribute to team successAll About YouExperienced sales professional, preferably within the retail or grocery sectorExperienced in FMCG MarketsMust speak and write both Swedish and English fluently.Comfortable using digital tools and fluent in English, both spoken and writtenPassionate about sales and motivated by building profitable customer relationshipsGoal-oriented, confident, and able to exceed ambitious targetsCommitted, responsible, and an effective communicatorHolder of a valid category B driver’s licenseIdeally based in or near the Gävle area to cover the region effectivelyYou combine drive and professionalism with the ability to create trust and long-term partnerships.
