Is responsible for building long-term relationship with the customers and support our clients in case of technical problems related to the equipment and providing remote support.The Field Service Engineer is responsible for servicing (installation, calibration, preventive maintenance) our installed-based and new equipment within Slovenia, north east Croatia and in special cases also in other Adriatic regions.The position is remote/field-based.In this role, a typical day will look like:Carrying out commissioning, maintenance, repair of measuring equipment daily on customer sitePromoting the sale of service in the designated region in cooperation with colleagues from sales and administration departmentTechnical support for sales teamTraining and technical consultingCompliance with health and safety regulations in accordance with company policyThe essential requirements of the job include:University graduate in engineering – i.e. automation/electronics or similarValid driving license cat.
