All this combined with a commercial mindset along with experience from the Chocolate & Confectionary industry, you could very well be exactly who we are looking for.As a Field Service Engineer at Aasted, your overall responsibility will be to support our customers around the world maintaining sustainable production. You will apply technical expertise during our work, performing Service, Training and Service Agreement visits on our lines and equipment to our customers worldwide. You will be an important representative of Aasted and supporting our customers create a solid foundation for their business.Your Main Tasks And ResponsibilitiesTraveling minimum 180 days annually where you will be out supporting our customersService & Service agreement jobs focusing on maintaining equipment and installations worldwideConduct production supervision and operator training at customer sitesPerform troubleshooting and troubleshooting services on site and remoteCommunicate effectively with customers and team regarding scheduling, repair or maintenance needs, part requests, expectations, and outcomesEstablish and maintain a continuous positive relationship with the customerProvide information and write reports as requiredRecognize service and spares sales opportunities and communicate that to relevant customers and internally at AastedAbout YouWe imagine that you have experience from a similar position, and you are comfortable traveling and being away from home for longer periods. Normally the projects will vary between 1-2 days and up to 2-3 weeks of travelling at a time. Occasionally projects trips can be up to 8 weeks.You contribute positively to group efforts at customer site and possess high integrity and strong social skills.
