Field Service Engineer

You will receive thorough onboarding and training and have the chance to grow in areas where you may lack experience.Your primary responsibility will be to support and share knowledge about our machines and solutions with colleagues worldwide.Your Main Responsibilities Provide efficient remote support to regional field service technicians Support JBT Marel’s service network with troubleshooting of installed customer solutions of mechanical, electrical, electronic and PLC programmatic nature Perform global installations and commissioning of batching systems, independently or together with colleagues Develop and deliver training materials and training for regional service technicians Keep your specialist knowledge up to date on new and existing products Participate in cross-functional product teamsThe role includes up to 110 travel days per year.Who We AreAt JBT Marel, our mission is to transform the future of food by creating a world where quality food is produced sustainably and affordably. You can be newly graduated or experienced, as thorough training is provided, but solid knowledge and/or good understanding of electrical installations is essential.As our batching equipment is often customized mechanically, electrically, and in terms of PLC software, simpler PLC software programming or troubleshooting may occur.
