Run what runs the world.This Position reports to:Service Team LeaderThe work model for the role is: {onsite}Your role and responsibilities: Performing service tasks like installation and commissioning of equipment, identifying technical problems, making analysis through remote or on-site activity in different service categories (installation and commissioning, routine maintenance, extensions, replacements etc.)Consulting with and advising customers on the most suitable service solutions in accordance with standard processes, procedures, and safety guidelinesCreating and maintaining close relationships with customers, appreciating their needs, and providing specialist assistance and solutionsExploring the cause of simple equipment failure and making recommendations to avoid repeating the problem in the future. Complete on-site diagnostics and service callsPerforming preventative maintenance Installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of domestic and international UPSs and related power protection productsManage and maintain customer relationships and follow up on customer feedback to ensure high level of customer satisfaction, giving emergency assistanceQualifications for the role:Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering / Electrical/Electronic or related fieldsMinimum 3 years of experience Experienced in Switchgear service and knowledge on ABB protection Relay, Communication protocols, Primary and secondary testingIn-depth understanding of installation, maintenance, and repair processes, Use measuring and mounting toolsGood knowledge of English and Turkish, Good communication skillsService logic and customer-orientedHave knowledge Microsoft office programsHaving a valid driving license & no obstacle for travelingWe value people from different backgrounds.
