You will independently take on the commissioning and process optimization of our systems and the associated components worldwide. Your tasks will also include instructing personnel on construction sites.Then we look forward to receiving your application!AufgabenCarrying out and monitoring commissioningCarrying out commissioning for CPP's own products and other system componentsDeveloping commissioning programs and coordinating the necessary raw materials and auxiliary materials together with the customerMonitoring the commissioning work to be carried out based on existing commissioning and product instructionsImplementing extensive software changes for control systemsClarifying any problems that arise with the head office and providing the necessary error descriptions and analysesRecording commissioning hours and obtaining customer approval for themDocumenting additional servicesCreating documentationPreparing reports on the commissioning process and progressPreparation of acceptance reports and protocolsRepairs and inspectionsImplementation of simple repairs, inspections, and optimizationsCompliance with quality standardsCompliance with standards, regulations, and quality guidelines or ensuring complianceGuidance and instruction of external and customer personnelAssigning workMonitoring the execution of work and checking the resultsEnsuring compliance with safety regulationsProfilDegree in engineering/process engineering or technician in mechatronics or comparable qualificationAt least 5 years of professional experience in a relevant positionKnowledge of mechanics and process engineeringExperience in building materials manufacturing companies and with at least one of the following product groups: silos, pneumatics, packers, palletizers, clinker coolers, gypsum, coal, and/or cement millsExperience in technical sales is desirableExperience in the areas of conveyor and process systems, silo pneumatics and packers, as well as palletizers or grinding, and mechanics and process engineering is desirableSound knowledge of MS OfficeKnowledge of project management in the area of project planningExperience in the preparation and analysis of technical dataPersonalHigh degree of flexibility, ability to work in a team, and resilienceResponsible, conscientious, and independent work ethicWillingness to travel worldwide (75% travel), willingness to spend extended periods abroadAnalytical and solution-oriented mindsetInternational driver's licenseVery good written and spoken English skills (min.
