The details are waiting for you below!ResponsibilitiesEffectively perform the installation, training, preventive, predictive, and proactive maintenance, as well as troubleshooting and repair of the assigned product portfolio,Provide high-quality technical support to customers in line with Service Agreement standards,Build and maintain strong customer relationships, contributing to service strategies and goals in accordance with the win-win principle,Utilize company resources (technical, marketing, etc.) efficiently to deliver value-added service to customers,Contribute to team success by achieving defined targets.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering or Electrical & Electronics Engineering,Minimum of 3 years of experience in the healthcare sector,Strong technical and software knowledge,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented approach,Good command of English,Proficient in MS Office applications,Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team; strong prioritization skills and a proactive mindset,Residing in Istanbul,No restrictions on domestic travel and holding a valid Class B driver’s license.
