Job TitleField Service Engineer Precision DiagnosticsJob DescriptionAs a Field Service Engineer, you will be a vital part of our Finnish service organization for Precision Diagnostics. Your main focus will be on supporting our systems within Magnetic Resonance and Ultrasound, primarily in Turku and around Finland.Your RoleExecute service activities such as preventative maintenance, emergency service, faultfinding, upgrades, installations, and modifications in accordance with Philips’ quality standard policies while maintaining a holistic view of systems and their functional environment from both technical and user perspectivesEnsure completeness and accuracy of service records with a focus on test & verification results and adhere to good documentation practices, submitting service data, field problem reports, and other administrative tasks promptlyUtilize appropriate measurement equipment in a regular controlled calibration cycle and report customer feedback, following up on quality and regulatory training as requiredServe as a liaison between the company and customers on administrative and technical matters to foster strong relationships.Identify business opportunities that enhance customer satisfaction and contribute to positive margin outcomesYou're The Right Fit If You HaveRelevant educational background within medical/electrical engineering – or similar3–5 years of relevant experience within field service within a hospital environmentGood at identifying and maintaining customer relationships and related contactsIndependent and service-minded with a logical and methodical approach to problem-solvingFluent communication skills in both in English and Finnish, with proficiency in Swedish being an advantageValid class B driving license with a willingness to travelHow We Work TogetherField roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.About PhilipsWe are a health technology company.
