Servomex the world leader in gas analysis solutions, is seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to join our great team in the Netherlands. Watch our clip here to see how - Servomex - Healthier World.The successful candidate will have both Dutch and English languages (business level) and will need full authorization to work in the Netherlands on a permanent basis.About The OpportunityService, repair and commission all Servomex products to ensure that the Company’s reputation is maintained and enhanced through exceeding expectations and delighting customers.Carry out FAT and SAT of systems.Actively be involved with quoting service activities and pursuing potential businessProvide assistance with technical sales enquiries for Servomex products and help make our customers aware of the advantages of maintenance contracts.Complete repair, service and commissioning reports and any other required documentation.Ensure that Servomex equipment meets the relevant health and safety and local safety requirements and if not, ensure the customer accepts responsibility.Communicate with relevant departments concerning problems with Servomex equipment and customer requirements using quality and customer complaint procedures.Provide assistance with systems testing and build to the Systems Engineering department to ensure that systems meet the required performance and specification prior to shipment.Participate in Customer Service improvement initiatives as required by the Service Manager.Travel required including throughout Benelux & Germany wide and occasionally other European countries – flexibility will be required.Participation in forecasting and service planning calls.Other duties and responsibilities as required by the business.About Your TalentEssential skills and experience:Flexibility to travel around the Netherlands (with some travel to Belgium) and occasionally EMEAI region.Dutch and English (written and spoken).Full clean driving licence.A proven track record of working within a Field Service Engineer (or closely related) position repairing instrumentation as well as installing and troubleshooting.Strong Electronic and Instrumentation background.Experienced in providing various levels of customer training.Ability to build strong working relationships with customers.Experienced in working within the following industries - oil and gas, industrial gases, and/or Semiconductor.Start up, commissioning, FAT, SAT.Ability to interpret maintenance manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams.Strong communication and problem-solving skills.Experienced in working remotely with minimum supervision – and willingness and motivation to do so.Essential QualificationsTechnical Degree (or equivalent) in Electronics, Electrical Engineering or related subject/discipline.A full job description will be provided during the interview process."The training programs provided have equipped me with the technical expertise and confidence required to perform my role effectively.
