Field Service Technician

If you’re passionate about quality service and want to be part of a supportive, high-performing team – we want to hear from you!About The RoleAs a Field Service Technician, you’ll play a key role in delivering safe, efficient, and compliant diagnostic, maintenance, and repair services on a range of mobile equipment. Working both independently and as part of a team, you’ll be responsible for:Diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical issues in the field and workshopPerforming scheduled maintenance and component replacementsProviding exceptional customer service and technical supportEnsuring all work is completed to safety and quality standardsWhat You’ll BringTrade qualified Diesel Mechanic (Australia or NZ certified)Proven experience servicing and repairing heavy mobile equipment (mining or heavy industry preferred)Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skillsAbility to work autonomously and follow detailed instructionsExcellent communication and customer service skillsA proactive, team-oriented mindset with a commitment to safetyCurrent driver's licenceOEM experience highly regarded but not essential
