Night shift revamping franchise chains Wendy’s, Starbucks, etc. The Field Service Technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing telecommunication systems and equipment.Tasks include installing network racks, structured cabling for CAT5e/6, following designs to soec.The technician will also be responsible for documenting service activities, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, and collaborating with other team members to improve service efficiency.Testing cable for compliance. Qualifications Strong technical skills in installing, maintaining, and repairing telecommunication systems and equipmentProficiency in troubleshooting network issues and providing technical supportAbility to perform routine inspections and document service activitiesUnderstanding of safety protocols and compliance standardsExcellent communication and customer service skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamExperience in the telecommunications industry is a plusHigh school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree in related field preferred
