The company is headquartered in Vienna, Austria, with a branch office in Dubai, UAE, and a showroom in Beverly Hills, California and Hong Kong SAR, in China.We are seeking a new team member to actively support us as:Field Service Technician (f/m/d) As an on the road field service technician at C SEED, you can expect a broad and highly interesting range of tasks with exciting international projects, luxurious innovation and technology.Key Responsibilities: Installation, commissioning, and maintenance of systems in APACIndependent troubleshooting and fault resolutionPlant acceptance and documentation review2nd-level support for customers and partnersEnsure smooth system operationField service support for C SEED productsMaintain high customer satisfaction and manage expectationsPrepare service reports and documentationMonitor repairs and maintenance for efficiencyDecide when to initiate escalation for customer issuesConduct hands-on training for service teams in APAC/internationallyRequired Qualifications: High school diploma, GED, or engineering degree3+ years of field experience in mechanical/electrical engineering, mechatronics, or automationStrong mechanical and electrical understandingExperience in machine or plant commissioningExcellent customer service skillsKnowledge of automation software (PLC Simatic, TIA Portal, etc.) is a plusGood analytical and problem-solving abilitiesEMSD license preferredValid driver’s licenseWillingness to travel within Hong Kong, APAC, and Mainland ChinaFluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin (Putonghua)For this position, we offer an annual base salary from $40,000 – $60,000 (full-time), depending on experience and qualifications.
