Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Singapore for a Field Services Engineer. The Field Services Engineer will be responsible for performing field service tasks, providing technical support, diagnostic troubleshooting, and conducting preventive maintenance. Collaborating directly with clients, the role ensures optimal performance of systems while addressing and resolving issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction. Qualifications Hands-on experience in Field Service and Preventive MaintenanceProficiency in Troubleshooting and Technical Support for technical systemsStrong Customer Service and communication skillsAbility to work independently in fast-paced environmentsEngineering degree or diploma in a relevant field is preferredExperience in similar roles or with technical equipment is a plus
