Provide after sales services and support customers for troubleshooting.How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?Key Stakeholder Interface:Act as the main contact for key stakeholders including Samsung Electronics and equipment manufacturers from France or Japan throughout the project phases.Safety and Regulations:Implement and monitor safety rules to ensure zero incidents and ensure compliance with customer site rules (access, traffic, waste management).Development Phase:Support gas/liquid delivery system proposals, gather local requirements, prepare key project deliverables, and establish project execution strategy with risk evaluation.Technical Integrity:Ensure the technical integrity of proposals and consistency between commercial offers and project definitions, complying with internal and external regulations.Execution Phase:Manage project execution to meet KPIs, oversee suppliers/contractors, coordinate stakeholders, manage changes, and report project status.Risk Management:Manage risks and mitigation plans effectively throughout the project.Start-up Phase:Establish start-up instructions, perform checks and connections, coordinate final qualification and start-up, and ensure customer training if needed.After-sales Support:Provide after-sales service support, address technical issues with expertise, and ensure customer satisfaction with operation procedures and SOPs.Are you a MATCH?Education Level : BachelorDiscipline : Bachelor preferably in Science or Engineering (Process, Mechanical, electrical Engineering or Chemistry)Over 3 years of proven experience in equipment operationLanguage: Business level in EnglishAble to work in semiconductor manufacturing fab with clean room clothing for at least 70% of the work timeAble to response for 24hrs emergency call from the client (Weekdays & Weekends)Ability to travel locally and internationallyExperience in Semiconductor industries or handling gas cabinet / precursor supply equipment is preferredWhat Air Liquide Solutions Korea will provide- Opportunity to work in the world's leading semiconductor materials The possibility of attending training at France in order to gain knowledge and technology of the equipment they used채용 절차이력서 접수 → 면접전형 → 급여책정→ 근로계약서 서명 → 입사Remark: 「국가보훈 기본법」 제3조제2호에 따른 국가보훈대상자로서 국가보훈관계 법률에 따른 취업지원대상자는 관련법률에 의거하여 우대해외여행 결격사유가 없는자외국인의 경우 대한민국 내 취업활동을 할 수 있는 체류자격을 보유한 자지원서의 기재사항이 사실과 다른 것으로 확인되거나 채용상의 결격사유가 확인될 경우 합격 또는 채용이 취소될 수 있습니다.
