You’ll work autonomously, backed by the resources of a global organisation, providing installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and user training on a portfolio of industry-leading instruments. 🔬 What You’ll Do Install, maintain, and repair advanced analytical systems (AA, OES, ICP, ICP/MS).Deliver on-site user training and technical support with a focus on customer satisfaction.Collaborate with regional service teams to optimise service delivery across BeNeLux.Maintain service documentation, spare parts, and calibration tools to the highest standards.Represent the company as a trusted expert and ambassador for quality. 🎓 What You Bring Technical degree (Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related scientific field).3+ years’ experience servicing analytical instrumentation — ideally from leading manufacturers.Strong technical troubleshooting skills and a proactive, customer-oriented mindset.Fluent in English (Dutch and/or French preferred).Based in Belgium (ideally Antwerp or Brussels) and open to travel across BeNeLux.Full clean driving licence. 🌍 Why Join?
