Field Specialist - Drilling Services (Turkish Nationals)

You'll have access to innovative equipment to effectively monitor our well-sites. You will troubleshoot problems and act quickly to ensure efficiency is maintained for our customers.As a Field Specialist, you will be responsible for:Following internal compliance and HSE standards to ensure a safe working environmentDelivering high standard services by following quality and outlined process and proceduresDelivering complex well trajectories such J type, S type, High DL, SideTrack (open hole and Whipstock)Communicating technical guidance and advice to customers and third-party well-site colleaguesSolving often complex drilling problems, by monitoring, analyzing and evaluating incidents using logging and drilling dataFuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will:Minimum of a Bachelors degree in engineering or scienceHave 1+ years minimum drilling in oil and gas experience.Enjoy travelling to customer locations and being flexible to customer requirementsShow the ability to perform basic engineering calculationsShow good problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and implement improvementsBe a positive team player and show the ability to adapt in an ever-changing, dynamic environmentGood in English (speaking and written) and excellent all-round communication skillsWork in a way that works for youWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone.Working with usOur people are at the heart of what we do at Baker Hughes.
