More specifically, you will join the team responsible for are Large Accounts. Together you will work on new urban projects such as stations, shopping malls or hospitals. For this role you will work in duo together with a Project Manager. As a Field Supervisor you will mostly be present in the field in order to follow up closely our projects.Below we give an overview of your tasks:Operational Project Management:Plan and oversee all stages of assigned projects, ensuring execution within the agreed timelines and budgets.Handle the technical complexities of projects and ensure the implementation of secure and compliant solutions.Supervise field teams to ensure flawless technical execution by being present on the field.Client Communication and Progress Reporting:Maintain regular communication with internal and external stakeholders about project progress.Ensure client expectations are met through effective collaboration with internal teams.Internal Coordination:Work closely with internal departments, including technical design, procurement, quality, safety, and finance, to ensure smooth project execution aligned with Schindler standards.Oversee and coordinate the implementation of solutions, focusing on the safety of equipment and involved teams.People ManagementYou will lead a team of technicians.Supervise the work of subcontractorsWhat You BringWe are looking for a dynamic and communicative individual with the following skills:Languages: Proficiency in Dutch and French (written and spoken).Technical Skills: You have knowledge of electromechanics and are willing to discover the elevator sector.Personal Qualities:You are organized, solution-oriented, and gets energy from challanges.You are a people manager with a strong team spirit.You have good communication skills with both clients and internal teams.What’s in it for you?Join our purpose-driven organization.
