This role includes team management responsibilities.Field Enablement and AdministrationAuditor support (Phone, chat with auditors)Visit planning activities/ Store visit re-assignmentsFW progress monitoring (RA, RRES, NIV, etc.)Conduct physical store check/control (including alternative checks during the extraordinary periods) if assigned by QCTA or other stakeholdersPanel controls (recruitment, TLS, PLS, etc.)Special projects coordination and statusStore recruitment coordination and monitoring, and support in recruitment activityProvide support to internal and external clients field visitsSupport Auditors on improving store collaborationField methodology compliance & Quality collection maintenanceMonthly/weekly quality action plans alignment with QCT AnalystOn-the-ground action driven by QCT Analyst insights and periodic reportsReport action points feedback and status to Delivery Leader and QCT AnalystTeam managementResource management (Hiring, interviews, resignation, related paperwork)KPI monitoring & complianceProvide on-the-job training and ad-hoc coaching of AuditorsHardware management (Device preparation for Auditors)Finance and expense managementQualificationsCollege degree preferred (depending on the market minimum years of experience may be stated)Proficiency in Local language of markets in scope is required and English is preferredKnowledge of Field Audit Methodology, CDAR tools and processes (highly preferred)Professional maturity in relation to others and to work, which enable effectiveness while dealing with pressures and difficulties of a dynamic work environmentAbility to come to an understanding of a situation, task, problem, opportunityProficiency in collaboration tools (MS Office, Chat s/w)Additional InformationPlease attach your CV only in English.Our BenefitsFlexible working environmentVolunteer time offLinkedIn LearningEmployee-Assistance-Program (EAP)About NIQNIQ is the world’s leading consumer intelligence company, delivering the most complete understanding of consumer buying behavior and revealing new pathways to growth.
