Job SummaryFieldCore is seeking an energetic, committed intern to join our Immigration Operations team.
This role offers a unique opportunity to gain real-world experience in both immigration support and global mobility processes within a fast-paced, international organization. You will work alongside seasoned professionals on meaningful tasks such as visa processing, immigration compliance, and document coordination with vendors and governmental authorities. This internship is designed to provide a comprehensive learning experience while contributing to the ongoing operations of the Immigration team. You'll gain exposure to global HR and legal functions and play an important role in enabling the mobility of our workforce around the world. Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesGeneral Internship Responsibilities:
Support daily operations within the Immigration department. Shadow and assist multiple roles to gain cross-functional understanding. Participate in planning, organizing, and executing team projects. Assist in creating reports and presentations using PowerPoint, Excel, and Word. Contribute ideas for continuous improvement and process efficiency. Attend and complete required trainings and learning sessions. Immigration-Specific ResponsibilitiesAssist in preparing and processing visa, work permit, and residency applications. Help initiate and follow up on business visit and work visa requests with local authorities or vendors. Maintain internal immigration tools/systems (e. g. , Toolkit, SMAX, SNOW, Heatmap).
Coordinate documentation with third-party agencies, consulates, and legal advisors. Support renewal processes for business licenses (Commercial Registration, Municipality License, etc. ). Track and compile billing data related to immigration processes. Support cross-departmental immigration-related needs (e. g. , HR, Finance). Mobilize between company entities or offices to complete required tasks. (in ground tasks )Required Qualifications & ExperienceHigh school diploma preferred. 3+ years’ experience in HR, legal administrative or immigration role. English proficiency required. Excel/ PPT/Word/ Outlook/ technical Basic skillsDesired CharacteristicsStrong organizational and time-management skills. Problem-solving mindset with an eagerness to learn. Proactive, agile, and able to take initiative.
