Figma Designer (Arabic Speaker)

LocationQatar | On-siteApplicants must hold a valid Qatar Residence Permit.About the RoleWe are looking for a UI/UX Designer with a strong technical background and the ability to translate project requirements into clear and engaging Figma wireframes. The ideal candidate will work closely with the project and development teams to conceptualize user flows, ensure intuitive designs, and deliver user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with clients and internal teams to understand project requirements and objectives.Convert business and technical requirements into wireframes, mockups, and prototypes using Figma.Ensure designs align with the overall user experience strategy and technical feasibility.Work closely with developers to bridge the gap between design and implementation.Conduct user research and gather feedback to continuously improve designs.Maintain consistent design standards and contribute to the design system.RequirementsProven experience in UI/UX design or wireframing using Figma.Strong technical understanding (preferably in web and mobile app development).Excellent analytical and communication skills.Arabic fluency (spoken and written) is required; English proficiency is a plus.Attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Preferred QualificationsBackground in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.Familiarity with frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, Flutter, or Laravel is a plus).Experience in designing dashboards, portals, or multi-language applications.
