Our mission is to bridge creativity and opportunity across the global film community.Role: Event Coordinator / Associate ProducerWe’re seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Event Coordinator / Associate Producer to help organize and run our film industry events, including networking sessions, screenings, and award programs.This flexible contract role is ideal for someone passionate about film, production, and event management, with strong communication and organizational skills.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and coordinate event logistics, schedules, and venuesManage guest lists, invitations, and industry outreachLiaise with venues, vendors, sponsors, and talentSupport creative planning for event programming and productionTrack budgets, timelines, and deliverablesAssist with event-day setup, registration, and show flowContribute ideas to enhance the Pitch to Screen experienceCompensation$30–$60/hour, depending on experienceContractor role; hours vary by project and eventQualifications1–3+ years of experience in event coordination, production, or related roles in film/mediaExcellent organizational and communication skillsAbility to multitask and manage priorities in a dynamic environmentFamiliarity with film industry networks and event operationsPassion for storytelling, creativity, and community building
