Joining the Sales, Marketing and Content team, you will work as an integral player behind the scenes scheduling content to provide a seamless guest experience. This role calls for a natural problem solver, able to multitask and stay motivated with repetitive tasks. You will work closely with distributors to optimise the allocation of sessions when preparing programming across multiple formats and differing HOYTS platforms. Other key responsibilities include: Preparation and strategic placement of content across the HOYTS circuitStrategically adjusting programming based on reviews, Box Office and admissionsAnalysing market performance and sharing insights and trends with stakeholdersManaging in-cinema promotional materialsMaintaining positive relationships with external stakeholders eg distributorsCombining content owners’ strategic objectives in alignment with HOYTS’ objectivesWho we are looking for: It goes without saying you will be a top performer and analytical thinker. The role is well suited to someone with a passion for film and a background in scheduling. We are looking for someone highly tenacious, focused and a team player with a can-do attitude.
