About The RoleWe are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and people-focused Human Capital Assistant to join our team and support the delivery of efficient HR services across the business.

Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in the recruitment process, including job postings, scheduling interviews, and reference checksMaintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in both digital and physical formatsSupport the onboarding process for new hires and ensure smooth integration into the companyAssist in administering employee benefits, leave tracking, and payroll data preparationPrepare, validate, and process payroll for agents in an accurate and timely mannerProvide administrative support for HR projects, policies, and training programsCoordinate staff welfare activities and maintain HR communication channelsSupport employee engagement initiatives and assist in handling general HR queriesPrepare and circulate agendas, minutes, and action points for management meetingsFollow up on action items from management meetings to ensure timely implementationQualifications & SkillsDiploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related fieldMembership with the Institute of Human Resource Management (IHRM)Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a human resources roleGood understanding of Kenyan labour laws and HR best practicesStrong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skillsProficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software is an added advantageWhy Join Us:
