Job DescriptionJoin our Finance team as a Product Controller and make a direct impact on financial accuracy and business success. You’ll develop your analytical skills through P&L reporting, month-end close, and collaboration on new initiatives.As a Product Controller within the Finance team, you will assist with P&L reporting and month-end close processes, produce and analyze financial information, and partner with the business to implement robust controls and new initiatives. You will also coordinate with various support functions to resolve control and reporting issues and handle ad-hoc requests, providing a valuable opportunity to enhance your analytical and problem-solving skills in a dynamic environment.Job ResponsibilitiesAssist with P&L reporting and month-end close processesProduce, consolidate and analyze daily, monthly and yearly P&L informationProvide detailed analysis and reporting on the financials to desk heads, business managers, and senior finance managementPartner with the business to drive forth and implement robust controls and new business initiativesDrive coordination across various front & back office support functions to ensure resolution of control and reporting issues in an accurate and timely mannerServe as an analytical and project support resource for product controlHandle various ad-hoc requests on a daily basisRequired Qualifications, Capabilities And SkillsMinimum of + 2 years of experience in accounting backgroundExperience doing P&L and month end close processBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related areaAnalytical, problem-solving abilities, and detail orientedGood written and verbal communication skillsTeam playerStrong Excel skillsAbility to multitask and prioritize effectivelyEager to challenge current processesABOUT USJ.P.
