This role requires background in finance or accounting and hands-on experience with NetSuite or similar ERP systems. The successful candidate will be well-organized, proactive, and capable of working in a fast-paced international environment.This role is based on-site in Stockholm, with a requirement to work from the office at least three days per weekResponsibilitiesPrepare salary documentation for employees across multiple countries and coordinate with local payroll providersReview payroll documentation and process salary paymentsReview and process employee expense reportsBook vendor invoices and manage approval workflows via CentsoftMatch purchase orders to invoicesPrepare payment proposals for accounts payableAmortize vendor invoicesReconcile accounts and support month-end closeBook received customer payments and manage collectionsPerform intercompany reconciliationsItalicized tasks are performed as backup during vacation periods.RequirementsFluent in English and Swedish (required); German or Spanish is a plusStrong proficiency in Microsoft OfficeExperience with NetSuite or other integrated ERP systemsPrior experience in an international companyExcellent attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple prioritiesAdditional DetailsEvery individual at CareDx has a direct impact on our collective mission to improve the lives of organ transplant patients worldwide.
