We are a full stack provider supporting DC buildout to AI server, electric system including HVDC (High-Voltage Direct Current), liquid cooling systems, and the provisioning and building the AI Cloud for our customers.About the Role:We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Finance / Accounting Intern to support our finance team in day-to-day operations and assist in building financial models and automation tools. The Finance Intern will assist the finance team in improving reporting efficiency by supporting the automation of financial and operational reports. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone looking to gain real-world experience in corporate finance and accounting processes.Key Responsibilities:Assist in daily accounting operations including journal posting, invoice processing, and reconciliationSupport month-end closing activities and preparation of financial reportsSupport proper maintenance and update financial records and documentationAssist in automating recurring financial reports using tools such as Excel, Power Query, Power BI, or other reporting platformsHelp design and streamline reporting templates to reduce manual work and improve accuracyBuild or enhance financial simulation modelling files using Excel formulas and macrosAssist in financial analysis, cost tracking, and budgeting tasksProvide ad-hoc administrative and finance supportRequirements:Currently pursuing a Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related fieldStrong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, and preferably macros/VBA)Analytical mindset with good attention to detailWilling to learn, ask questions, and take initiativeStrong time management and communication skillsAbility to work independently and in a teamGood to have prior experience in financial modelling or Excel automation toolsWhat You Will Gain:Hands-on exposure to real accounting and finance functionsExperience in financial modelling and automation with ExcelMentorship from experienced finance professionalsOpportunity to convert to full-time upon graduation (for high-performing interns)
