Finance & Accounting Manager

You are comfortable handling large amounts of data, acting as a business partner, decision maker, and providing regular financial reporting.ResponsibilitiesManage all accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger.Conduct tax planning in compliance with Mexican tax laws; liaise with local tax authorities to ensure timely tax filings and annual tax audits.Manage Price Transfer Project and coordinate with external firms to complete annual local file documentation.Establish and enforce financial policies to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.Responsible for monthly closing work, ensuring synchronization of financial data between the HQ SAP system and local accounting systems, and reconciling differences between local (NIF) and HQ (e.g., IFRS) reporting standards.Manage annual audits (familiarity with Mexican auditing standards required).Prepare and submit periodic financial statements, management reports, and financial analysis as HQ requires.QualificationsBachelor's degree or higher in Finance or related field 5 - 7 years of managerial and relevant experienceSAPDetail-oriented and analyticalHands-on attitude, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
