Company: MENA MOTORS FZCOLocation: Dubai – UAEEmployment Type: Full-TimeAvailability: ImmediateMENA MOTORS is seeking a highly skilled and proactive Finance & Accounting Manager to lead the company’s financial operations, ensure compliance, and support strategic growth across the automotive distribution and trading business. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in finance, accounting, and reporting, with mandatory experience in Odoo ERP. Prior experience in the automotive industry is a strong advantage.Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Management & ReportingLead and manage all aspects of the finance and accounting function for MENA MOTORS.Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.Conduct financial analysis, cash flow forecasting, and management reporting for senior leadership.Ensure timely month-end closing, reconciliations, and accurate reporting.Budgeting, Forecasting & Cost ControlDevelop annual budgets and periodic forecasts in coordination with the management team.Monitor financial performance vs. budget and provide variance analysis.Oversee cost control initiatives and support pricing, margins, and profitability analysis.ERP & Systems (Odoo – Mandatory)Manage, optimize, and ensure accurate financial data within Odoo ERP.Lead continuous enhancements of Odoo modules (Accounting, Inventory, Procurement, HR if applicable).Train and support internal teams to ensure proper usage of Odoo.Compliance, Audit & GovernanceEnsure compliance with UAE tax regulations, including VAT filing and statutory requirements.Prepare audit files and liaise with external auditors for yearly audits.Maintain strong internal controls and ensure alignment with group policies and treasury procedures.Treasury, Banking & Payables/ReceivablesManage banking relations, cash flow, and payment cycles.Supervise AP/AR aging, collections, supplier settlements, and credit control.Oversee inventory financing, LCs, bank facilities, and related documentation when applicable.Operational & Cross-Functional SupportCoordinate closely with Sales, Procurement, Logistics, and Management teams.Support automotive operational cycles, including stock aging, WIC reporting, vehicle costing, and landed cost calculations.Ensure accurate costing of vehicles, parts, and logistics expenses.Qualifications & SkillsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; professional certification is a plus (CPA, ACCA, CMA).Mandatory experience working with Odoo ERP.Experience in the automotive industry (distribution, trading, mobility, or spare parts) is a significant advantage.Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Excellent command of English (written and spoken).Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced level).Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.What We OfferGrowth opportunities within a dynamic international group.Exposure to multi-country operations across the MENA and African markets.A collaborative work environment with strong focus on performance and development.
