Finance Accounting Manager

Job Description Sala Electronics Plaza Co., Ltd. is a retail company specializing in selling electrical appliances through e-commerce platforms such as Shopee and Lazada. We are seeking an experienced Accounting & Finance Manager with strong knowledge of financial structures in online businesses and retail operations.Position ResponsibilitiesEstablish and oversee the company’s accounting and financial systems in compliance with accounting standards.Analyze, recommend, and improve the current accounting and financial processes to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and scalability for business growth.Manage monthly and annual financial closing and prepare financial statements.Supervise and control bookkeeping, cash flow, billing, payments, and overall financial documentation.Prepare and review all tax submissions (Withholding Tax, VAT, PP30, corporate tax, and other required filings).Analyze product and channel cost–profit performance for e-commerce operations.Plan and manage cash flow and budgeting (Cash Flow & Budgeting).Coordinate with auditors, accounting firms, government authorities, and financial partners.Develop effective internal control systems to improve operational reliability.Supervise and lead the accounting team.QualificationsBachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting or Finance.Minimum 10 years of experience in accounting. Experience in e-commerce, retail, or logistics is a strong advantage.At least 3 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role.Solid understanding of financial closing, tax filing, and relevant Thai tax regulations.Proficient in accounting software and Excel.Strong leadership skills, problem-solving ability, and a structured working style.Able to work 6 days per week.Location: Sala Electronics Plaza (Nawanakorn Industrial Estate) 54/67 Moo13 Khlongnueng Khlongluang Pathum Thani 12120
