Finance & Accounting Officer

Does this sound like you?Finance and Accounting Officer’s RequirementsBSc/MSc in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related field1-3 years of experience in a finance-related role (experience in online/digital companies is a plus)Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and/or Google SheetsExcellent verbal and written English skillsHighly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive approachAble to prioritize tasks, work under pressure, and meet deadlinesA great team player, but also confident working independentlyStrong communication and problem-solving skillsEager to learn and grow within a fast-paced, dynamic environmentKey ResponsibilitiesHandling the invoicing and collection processesManaging incoming and outgoing payments, including international transfers, and their filingHandling correspondence with external partners (banks, partners)Preparing monthly liquidity and payment reports and reconciliationsAssisting with VAT and tax reporting and staying up to date on regulations across the EU, US, and other key regionsSupporting KYC and onboarding processes for banks and EMIsCollaborating with auditors and external advisors to ensure smooth financial operationsPerforming market research for potential banking partnershipsIdentifying and investigating discrepancies, providing insights to managementMonitoring the daily FX rates and provide suggestions for currency conversionsHelping with various ad hoc financial tasksReporting directly to the Group’s Financial ControllerOur StandardsMonthly fixed salaryBonus SchemeMonday to Friday, 09:00 am to 05:00 pm (flexi hour) including a 30-minute breakUp to 25 days of annual leave5 days of sick leaveProvident Fund Scheme
