We are looking for a “Finance & Accounting Responsible” with the following qualifications to work in the our global business partner.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting and financial control functions.Strong knowledge of local tax regulations and international accounting standards.Hands-on experience in monthly and year-end closing, financial reporting, and audits.Proficiency in ERP systems, preferably Logo.Advanced MS Excel skills and analytical mindset.Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational ability.Effective communication and reporting skills in English.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.Job DescriptionManage end-to-end accounting processes including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and ensure compliance with legal and group reporting standards.Conduct bank reconciliations, monitor cash flow, and ensure timely payments according to company policies.Coordinate tax declaration processes (VAT, corporate tax, withholding, etc.) and ensure accurate, on-time submissions.Support external and internal audit processes and provide necessary documentation.Execute intercompany reconciliations, cost allocations, and transfer pricing documentation.Maintain and update master data, contracts, and financial records in the ERP system.Analyze financial data, identify variances, and prepare management reports for decision support.Collaborate with the global finance team to align local reporting with group standards.Ensure accuracy, transparency, and efficiency across all accounting and financial control activities.
